It takes 140 balloons to fill our hallway.

And here are the pictures to prove it!

That's right.  For just $15 and a lot of arm strength, Robert and the girls filled our hallway with balloons while I was at work.  What a creative, fun dad he is!

The girls loved it!!  They ran in them, we stuck them to our hair (hello, detangler!), stuck them to the walls and to each other and buried each other in them.

Then this little fuzzy guy decided to join the fun!  I was laughing so hard at our Yorkie with his electric hair-do so hard I about had tears in my eyes!

The girls usually are mildly entertained by the dog, but the dog AND static, well that is a good time!

So, as you can maybe tell from the look on Julia's face, her and the dog are still walking a fine line between love and hate.  She likes to play with him, but it quickly gets her very riled up and in some cases, a bit reckless.  She had more fun doing her own thing with the balloons.

And this is the picture that it hit me how grown up she is looking with her hair growing out and already a little more meat on her skinny bones!

So there you have it.  It takes 140 balloons to fill our hallway...not just with balloons, but with laughter, fun and love.

  1. Oh my Carli, I'm gonna have to try this with my gang. Joanna and Joylynn got me hooked on Pinterest and there are a TONNE of ideas to do with your kids. My head is exploding with all the fun we'll have. Keep having fun with yours and keep posting. It sure puts a smile on my face up here in the frozen north.

  2. That looks like so much fun. I would try it with my little one she hates the sound of balloons if they pop. I love all the pictures of your girls having so much fun. Thanks for sharing.
