She is so beautiful! I love the curiosity, I love the determination, I love the attention span, and I especially love the facial expressions. Oh, and I love the name Julia, too. She is perfect. I am so glad you found her.
Oh my goodness! Look at her go! She is walking very well and doesn't seem too spastic (tight) or affected at all! She is beautiful and I'm so so so happy to see her with you! Stinks they lobbed her hair into an orphanage 'do, but Alina's grew out past her shoulders this last year very easily. And who needs long hair when you are that cute!
I have been checking your blog every day waiting for news that you met your princess - and I cried through this whole slideshow. What a doll! Best wishes and I can't wait to read more.
I have been waiting to see this! Totally crying tears over here! She just fits and it just never gets old seeing another beautful angel finding a family! She has no idea how her life is about to change...forever! I can hardly see through my tears today!!!!
@Joanna--We'll call the 'J' name a tribute ;) You've definitely got a piece of her puzzle, my dear!
All, we have been overwhelmed with everyone's support and love in our journey and especially as we write from this foreign land among so much unknown. It is a great thing to know so many people are praying her home to her new family and new life!
I cried during the whole thing! So amazing and beautiful! Congrats and thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI'm just going to go ahead and pretend that since her name starts with J, and my name starts with J, that somehow she is named after me. ;)
